Calm, confident feeding from first tastes to toddlerhood. A supportive weekly Circle for parents introducing solids and navigating feeding from 6–24 months.

The 5 Core Foundations

  • 2. Nutrient-Dense Foundations – Building balanced meals from the start — without overwhelm.
  • 3. Iron, Healthy Fats & Key Nutrients – Confidence with iron-rich meals and essential fats for growth.
  • 4. Calm, Confident Feeding Relationships – Responsive feeding and reducing pressure at mealtimes.

Fourth Trimester Circle

Postpartum recovery & breastfeeding nourishment. A structured weekly Circle supporting women through the first year after birth. The Fourth Trimester is intense. This Circle provides rhythm, reassurance and practical nourishment strategies for recovery and rebuilding.

Practical midlife nutrition — without dieting. A weekly Circle supporting women through perimenopause and menopause transitions. Focused on prevention, balance and long-term strength.
