Wean & Grow Circle
Calm, confident feeding from first tastes to toddlerhood. A supportive weekly Circle for parents introducing solids and navigating feeding from 6–24 months.
The 5 Core Foundations
- 1. Gentle Digestion First – Supporting gut comfort, constipation prevention and realistic early routines.
- 2. Nutrient-Dense Foundations – Building balanced meals from the start — without overwhelm.
- 3. Iron, Healthy Fats & Key Nutrients – Confidence with iron-rich meals and essential fats for growth.
- 4. Calm, Confident Feeding Relationships – Responsive feeding and reducing pressure at mealtimes.
- 5. Food Skills, Flavour & Label Literacy – Building food confidence, snack awareness and sustainable habits.

Fourth Trimester Circle
Postpartum recovery & breastfeeding nourishment. A structured weekly Circle supporting women through the first year after birth. The Fourth Trimester is intense. This Circle provides rhythm, reassurance and practical nourishment strategies for recovery and rebuilding.

WhatsApp Support (Boundaried): Members receive access to a private WhatsApp Circle. Responses are provided during scheduled engagement windows to ensure consistency while protecting boundaries and delivery quality.
Capacity: To protect discussion quality and community connection, each Circle is limited to 20 participants per 8-week block. Early booking is recommended.

Our HealthyMaisha Circle pricing is intentionally kept affordable through community reinvestment, grant support and partner-funded delivery so more women and families can access consistent nutrition support without lowering professional standards.
